inContact Wins Another Financial Customer

Salt Lake City-based cloud contact center software developer inContact said this morning that it has signed up a financial institution as a new customer. Name of the customer, and financial impact of the deal were not announced. The company said the deal allows the un-named customers to support 280 agents across two contact centers.
