inContact Names Sales SVP, Client Services VP

inContact, a maker of hosted contact center software and agent optimization tools, reported Monday that it has hired Marc Cullers as senior vice president of sales and Durinda Biesman as vice president of client services. The Salt Lake City, Utah-based firm said Cullers will focus on quota-bearing sales processes and report to Frank Maylett, the company's executive vice president of sales, marketing and global alliances. Cullers, inContact noted, previously worked as senior sales director for Oracle Corp. According to inContact, Biesman has spent the past decade and more in senior-level global customer support and operations management roles. Most recently, the company said, she was director of Sun Microsystems' Global Storage Technical Solutions Center.
