IHS Hires VP

Information services provider IHS Inc. reported Monday that it has hired Vicki Raeburn as vice president of data accumulation. The Englewood, Colo.-based company described Raeburn as a 25-year veteran of the global operations, product development and marketing industries. Prior to joining IHS, the company said, she worked for Scofield Ridge Associates, a data governance and data quality consulting firm. Before that, IHS continued, she served as chief quality officer and senior vice president at Dun & Bradsheet. She also served as president of Mergent Inc. and held executive positions with Primark Data Co. and Instinet, IHS said.
