IHS Buys PFC Energy

Englewood, Colorado-based IHS said today that it has acquired PFC Energy, a provider of information and analytical products for the oil and gas industry. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. IHS said the buy will help it provide new, complementary solutions to its customers, particularly among leading oil, gas and financial companies in Europe, APAC and the Middle East.
