iCrossing Hires New CFO, Makes Other Changes

Digital marketing firm iCrossing has made some significant changes to its executive staff, the company reported Monday. Chief among those changes was the hiring of Michael J. Jackson as the agency’s chief financial officer and executive vice president. Jackson is a 20-year finance and accounting veteran. Prior to joining iCrossing, Jackson served as CFO and executive vice president at Agency.com. Before that, he held positions for Arthur Anderson LLP, Ernst and Young LLB and BDO Seidman. Former iCrossing CFO Michael Effinger has been appointed to the newly created post of executive vice president, corporate development. The Scottsdale, Arizona-based company also promoted Adam LaVelle from vice president of strategy to chief strategy officer.
