iTRACS Acquired By CommScope

Tempe, Arizona-based iTRACS, a provider of enterprise, data center infrastructure management services, has been acquired by North Carolina-based CommScope, the companies said today. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. CommScope said the deal was structured as an asset deal, and that it acquired "substantially all" of the assets of iTRACS.
