iMergent's President, COO Lewis to Resign

iMergent Inc. reported Thursday that its president and chief operating officer, Brandon Lewis, has informed the company that he will step down on March 9 of next year. Additionally, iMergent said Lewis has vacated his director seat, effective immediately. The Orem, Utah-based publisher of an e-commerce platform for small businesses and entrepreneurs said its board will consist of six members. No reason was given for Lewis' resignation. iMergent's flagship product is StoresOnline, an e-commerce platform that is available in three tiers: Express, Pro and Platinum.
