HourDoc.com Acquired By Texas Firm

A Houston-based human resources firm reported Wednesday that it has purchased a majority interest in HourDoc.com, a time-and-labor management technology company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Terms of the transaction were not reported. HourDoc.com is best known for its self-titled time-and-labor management system, a scalable, Web-based protocol that provides companies with tools to monitor and manage their employees. Its new owner, G&A Partners, provides hiring, staffing, workers compensation, compliance, benefits and payroll services for some 250 small- to mid-sized client companies throughout Texas.
