HostMySite Acquires Hosting.com

Denver-based HostMySite a provider of web hosting and application hosting services, said Tuesday that it has acquired Hosting.com, a Louisville, Kentucky-based firm providing colocation and other services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, however, HostMySite said it received an equity investment from Wachovia Capital Partners to support the acquisition, with $22M in a senior credit facility coming from Golub Capital. HostMySite said it was advised by Alston and Bird LLP, Ernst and Young LLP, W. David Snead, Moreton and Company and Atlas Engineering in the deal. Hosting.com was advised by Signal Hill Capital Group and Stites & Harbison PLLC.
