HOSTING Merges With Hostway

Denver-based managed cloud services and hosting provider HOSTING and Austin-based managed cloud company Hostway have merged, the two said on Tuesday, in a deal backed by investors Littlejohn & Co., LLC and Pamlico. Financial details of the merger deal were not announced. According to the two firms, the new, combined organization now has 14 data centers in five countries. The newly merged company will be led by CEO Emil Sayegh. According to HOSTING and Hostway, the two will continue to operate under two separate brands and operational models for a limited period, with the expectation they fully merge the companies under a single brand within the next twelve months.
