Graphicly Acquired By Blurb

Graphicly, the developer of comic book and other publishing tools which got its start in Boulder, has been acquired by custom book publishing company Blurb, Blurb announced today, and will be hiring away the key members of Graphicly's team. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced, however, the deal looks to be primarily a talent acquisition for Blurb, which said it would use Graphicly's team to accelerate its e-book innovation and development. Graphicly had raised funding from DFJ Mercury Venture Partners, Dundee Venture Capital, Northstar Equity Investors and Starz Media.
