GoSpotCheck Raises $1.0M

Denver-based GoSpotCheck, a company developing mobile apps to help retailers keep tabs on their retail locations, has raised nearly $1.0M in funding, part of an ongoing $1.9M funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm this week. Source and details of the funding have not yet been announced by the company. The startup--which was part of TechStars--develops mobile apps that the firm says can be used by retailers to centralize and manage field data reporting. The company was part of the 2011 Boulder class of TechStars, and was founded by Matt Talbot, Bart Ciak, Joey Alfano, and Samantha Holloway. More information »
