GHX Gets Investment From Temasek

Louisville, Colorado-based Global Healthcare Exchange, a provider of cloud-based, supply chain management software, has received an investment from private equity investor Temasek, the companies said this morning. Size of the investment was not announced. The two said that Temasek made a "significant equity investment" in the company. Current private equity owner Thoma Bravo, which acquired GHX in 2014, will maintain a minority position in GHX. GHX, which is led by Bruce Johnson, said its current senior management team will continue to lead the company. More information »
