Full Partner Acquired By New Jersey Firm, Synduit

Boulder-based Full Partner, a developer of software used for hosting web-based businesses and handling e-commerce, online marketing, affiliate marketing, and much more, has been acquired by New Jersey-based Synduit. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Synduit said that the entire management team and employees of Full Partner have joined the company. Full Partner was led by SCott Hickey.
