Foundry's Mendelson Appointed to NVCA Board

Boulder, Colorado-based venture capital firm Foundry Group's Jason Mendelson has been appointed to the board of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA), the group said Thursday, as it appointed a new set of directors to its board. The NVCA said that Mendelson--who is a Managing Director at Foundry--joins Chairman Terry McGuire of Polaris Venture Partners, Michael Elloitt of Noro-Moseley Partners, Michael Greeley of Flybridge Capital; Josh Green of Mohr, Davidow Ventures, James Marver of VantagePoint, and Sherrill Neff of Quaker BioVentures. The group also named Kate Mitchell of Scale Venture Partners as NVCA Chairwoman elect.
