Flypaper Studio Acquired By Trivantis

Phoenix-based Flypaper Studio, the develeoper of web-based, interactive presentation creation software, is being acquired by Cincinnati-based Trivantis Corporation. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Trivantis said it has agreed in principle to acquire Flypaper Studio. Trivantis said that Don Dierson, President of Flypaper Studio, will become EVP and join Trivantis' board. Flypaper Studio was headed by Pat Sullivan, and backed by SCF Arizona and Sierra Ventures. The firm had raised $6.5M in two rounds of funding in 2008.
