FlipChip Appoints CFO

Phoenix, Arizona-based FlipChip International said Wednesday that it has appointed a CFO and VP of Finance. FlipChip said Greg Marshall has been named to the position, and will direct the firm's financial management. Marshall has served at ON Semiconductor and Motorola. FlipChip is a provider of wafer bumping and wafer scale packaging for the semiconductor industry. More information »
