Fishbowl Launches New Manufacturing Options

Salt Lake City-based Fishbowl, a developer of software add-ons for inventory management using Intuit's QuickBooks, said today that it has rolled out a new version of its software. The firm said its new Fishbowl Inventory 2010 will roll out on October 29th, and includes a new manufacturing option designed for helping small and medium sized businesses manage assembly and production capability. The upgrades to the inventory management software include support for managing manufacturing orders, bill of materials, and picking modules. Fishbowl's software is used by companies who have outgrown QuickBooks' limited inventory management, but still want to use the package for financial reports.
