FileShadow Extends To macOS

Provo, Utah-based FileShadow, which develops storage archiving software, has launched a new desktop app for macOS, the company said on Tuesday. According to FileShadow, its new FileShadow Desktop App aggregates files on Apple's iCloud and other cloud storage systems, plus local and direct attached storage, into one secure cloud storage archive. FileShadow says its service is free of charge for up to 100GB of data, and that it charges $15 a month for 1TB and $10 per month for each additional terabyte. FileShadow is led by President and CEO Tyrone Pike.
