FEED Lands $3.25M

Boulder, Colorado-based FEED, a firm developing a service that allows merchants to receive payments from mobile phones, has raised $3.25M in a Series A round. The round came from Lacuna Venture Fund and other investors. Rawleigh Ralls of Lacuna has joined the firm's board of directors as part of the funding. FEED said last month that it is looking to aggressively begin a consumer outreach strategy in the Boulder area in July. More information »
