Fatpipe Looks To Raise $10M In IPO In India

Salt Lake City-based Fatpipe Networks, a developer of WAN optimization hardware, is in the midst of an IPO in India, according to reports from Indian business publications. Fatpipe, which is venture backed by Draper & Associates, vSpring, Wasatch Ventures, and UTFC, is looking to raised $10M in an IPO on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE). Fatpipe's Indian operations are based in Chennai.
