Fatpipe Drops Indian IPO Plans

Salt Lake City-based Fatpipe Networks, the venture backed provider of WAN optimization hardware, has dropped its plans for an IPO in India, according to reports from Indian financial publications. The firm, which had been looking to raise $10M on the markets in India via its Fatpipe Networks India, apparently failed to get enough interest from local investors. Fatpipe is venture backed by Draper & Associates, vSpring, Wasatch Ventures, and UTFC.
