Faction Finds $6M For Cloud Services

Denver-based Faction, a provider of public, private, and hybrid cloud services, announced Tuesday that it has raised $6M in a funding round. The funding came fro Meritage Funds and Sweetwater Capital, and also included debt funding from Ares Capital Corporation. Faction, which is led by Luke Norris, was previously known as Peak (and before that, Peak Colo). The company said the funding will be used to introduce new products to the market.
