Exabyte Gets Win With IBM

Boulder, Colorado-based Exabyte has scored a win with IBM, the firm reported yesterday. Exabyte said that IBM has agreed to purchase is VXA-320 Packet Tape Drive for inclusion with IBM's xSeries servers. Exabyte's VXA-320 Packet Tape Drive supporst up to 320 GB on a single cartridge. Exabyte is a developer of tape storage drives and libraries, and also has wins with Apple, Fujitsu, and Siemens with its VXA drives.
