Evolving Systems Sells Unit To Neustar

Englewood, Colorado-based Evolving Systems, which provides services to the telecommunications industry, said today that it is selling its Numbering Solutions business to Neustar, in a deal worth $39M in cash. The firm's Numbering Systems business had $14.5M in revenues in 2010. The unit provides management of telephone numbers for carriers, managing inventory of those phone numbers before they are assigned to customers.
