Everon Technology Services Acquired By PlumChoice

Everon Technology Services, a managed IT service provider with offices in Broomfield, Colorado, has been acquired by PlumChoice, a remote technical services provider. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Everon provides managed services to small businesses with up to 50 employees. Everon has service centters in Boston, Denver, and Los Angeles.
