Eschelon Completes OneEighty Acquisition

Minneapolis-based Eschelon Telecom has completed its acquirision of Billings, Montana-based CLEC OneEighty Communications, the firm said this morning. The deal was worth $9.5M in cash. OneEighty provides telecommunications services in Montana, and had $7.2M in annual revenues. Eschelon provides telecommunications services in Minnesota, Arizona, Utah, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Nevada, Montana and California.
