Envysion in Strategic Partnership with Nashville Firm

Louisville, Colo.-based Envysion has partnered up with Cybera Inc., a provider of managed security and network services, Cybera revealed today. However, the two companies declined to specify details of the strategic partnership other than to say Envysion's video platform will complement Cybera's offerings. Headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., Cybera offers integrated, federally compliant enterprise solutions including private intranet, voice-over-IP and transaction processing. Envysion provides remotely managed video surveillance services for the restaurant, retail and hotel industries. A privately held company, Cybera's backers include Adams Street Partners, Chrysalis Ventures and Claritas Capital. Also privately held, Envysion is funded by Bear Equity, Columbia Capital, High Country Venture and Ledcor Technical Services.
