Entrepix Installs New VP

Entrepix Inc., a provider of chemical mechanical polishing foundry and equipment sales and services, revealed Thursday that it has hired a new executive and made plans to install a new process technology. The Tempe, Ariz.-based company explained that it will implement SEZ technology to expand its capabilities and increase its foundry and engineering offerings. The new systems, Entrepix said, will allow customers to process all wafer sizes up to and including 300 mm. Entrepix also said that it has named Jim Mello as its vice president of business development. Mello, Entrepix noted, will focus on developing its new SEZ foundry. He hails from SEZ America, where he worked for a dozen years and held several executive management positions.
