Ensynch Buys Southern California IT Firm, Sells Hosting Unit

Tempe, Arizona-based Ensynch, a provider of IT consulting and staffing services, said Monday that it has reached an agreement to acquire eBI Solutions, a IT consulting firm based in Southern California. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Ensynch said that the deal will focus and expands its core consulting business. Separately, Ensynch said that it has sold its hosting datacenter business unit to OneNeck IT Services; details on that sale were not released. The firm said both moves were a part of a plan to expand its professional services and staffing business by accelerating geographic growth across the Southwest.
