Energy Billing Systems Acquired By California Firm

Colorado Springs-based Energy Billing Systems, a provider of utility management services for the multifamily housing industry, has been acquired by a California firm. Yardi Systems, a developer of real estate management software, said it acquired Energy Billing Systems Monday. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Impact on Energy Billing Systems' workforce was not disclosed.
