ENCRYPTX Acquired By Imation

Louisville, Colorado-based ENCRYPTX Corporation, a developer of encryption software for removable storage devices and media, has been acquired by Imation. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to Imation, it will transfer approximately 10 employees from ENCRYPTX to Imation. ENCRYPTX develops encryption, device management and control, and digital rights management products for removable drives, flash drives, CDs, DVDs and PC data.
