EmiSense Raises $3M for Sensor Technology

Salt Lake City-based EmiSense, a developer of oxygen sensors, electrostatic particular matter sensors, and nitrogen oxide sensors used in clean emissions measurements, said this morning that it has raised $3M in a Series B funding round. The firm said the funding was led by CoorsTek, and will go towards expanding product development and support validation testing with global OEM customers. EmiSense's technology is used for cleaning up the emissions of automobiles and other products. EmiSense also has operations in Southern California. More information »
