EmiSense Gets $6.5M More

EmiSense Technologies, a developer of particulate matter sensors for smog measurement, exhaust and intake oxygen sensors, and hydrocarbon sensors, has raised $6.5M in a third round of funding, the firm said today. The company--which is headquartered in California, but has major operations in Salt Lake City--said the funding came from the venture capital arm of Coorstek, 9th Street Investments. The company said the funding will be used for launching products, for research and development, and validation testing. More information »
