Efficas Raises $14.5M

Boulder, Colorado-based Efficas has raised $14.5M in a Series B funding, the firm said yesterday. The funding was led by LSP BioVentures, and also included Unilever Technology Ventures, Burrill and Company, Great Spirit Ventures, JP Morgan Bay Area Equity Fund, and Prolog Ventures. Seven Hills Partner acted as placement agent for the funding. Efficas is developing medical foods for the dietary management of allergic conditions. More information »
