Eco Flower Acquired By JW Capital

Ogden, Utah-based Eco Flower, which makes floral bouquets and home decor items out of recycled and sustainable materials, which was founded by Meagan Bowman, has been acquired by investment company JW Capital. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Two year old Eco Flower has close to 120 employees, and was recently featured on ABC's "Shark Tank." JW Capital, led by Ryan Westwood and Travis Johnson, said that founder Bowman and her current projects are no longer affiliated with the company.
