Dwelo Adds $4.9M In New Funding

Bluffdale, Utah-based Dwelo, which develops "smart-home" type systems for apartment rental operators, has raised $4.9M in a new funding round, the company said today. The funding was led by Peterson Ventures. According to Dwelo the new funding will go to expand its geographic reach. Dwelo is led by CEO Michael Rovito. Dwelo provides a technology platform which enables "smart home" type features for apartment rentals, providing both mobile and web applications to allow renters to control aspects of their apartment remotely.
