DriverTech Gets $500K

Salt Lake City, Utah-based DriverTech has received $500K from UTFC Financing Solutions. UTFC said today that it has funded DriverTech, a developer of in-vehicle computers for the long haul trucking market. DriverTech is developing a system that links vehicle fleets to central dispatch centers via an onboard computer, using Wi-Fi connectivity, cellular, or satellite networks. DriverTech will use the funding to fund accelerated marketing and complete pilot programs in the long-haul trucking market. More information »
