DISH Upgrades iPhone, Android App Support

Subscribers to Englewood, Colorado-based satellite television operator DISH can now use their Android and Apple iOS devices to access on-demand programming, the company said today. According to DISH, its updated applications for both the iPhone and Android let users access any On Demand content associated with their programming package; ability to share information on Twitter and Facebook; and ability to watch both live and recorded programming and access their DVR remotely.
