DigitalGlobe Sets IPO Terms

Longmont, Colorado-based DigitalGlobe, a provider of high resolution maps for geographical information systems, said in a filing with the SEC Wednesday that it expects its initial public offering to debut at between $16.00 and $18.00 per share. The firm, which has filed to list on the NYSE as DGI, is looking to raise up to $304M in its offering. The firm's IPO is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Citi, Merrill Lynch & Co., and Jeffries & Company.
