DigitalGlobe Jumps In IPO

Longmont-based DigitalGlobe, a provider of high resolution satellite mapping services, jumped in its initial public offering this morning on the NYSE, and were up to $21.42 during mid-morning trading after pricing at $19.00. DigitalGlobe is trading on the NYSE at DGI. The debut price, and first day boost were above initial $16.00 to $18.000 per share pricing estimates the firm had made at the end of April. The firm's IPO was underwritten by Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Citi, Merrill Lynch & Co., and Jeffries & Company.
