DigitalGlobe Helps Fiji Ink Cyclone Respons

Westminster, Colorado-based satellite imagery provider DigitalGlobe reports this morning that it is providing satellite imagery to the government of Fiji, in response to a deadly cyclone that hit the country on February 20th. According to DigitalGLobe, its imagery and crowdsourced damage assessments are being used to help make decisions on the recovery process for the island nation. DigitalGlobe uploaded imagery of Cyclone Winston to its FirstLook public crowdsourcing platform after Cyclone Winston. UNICEF has said that Fiji faces a "colossal" rebuilding after the storm, which left 250,000 people without drinking water.
