Datavail Gets $4.25M More

Broomfield, Colorado-based remote database administration provider Datavail has replenished its coffers today, saying that it has raised $4.25M in a growth equity funding. The firm, which is run by Mark Perlstein, said the Series C funding came from new investor Meritage Funds, along with prior investors Boulder Ventures and Montis Capital. The firm said it has plans to expand operations in the northeast region, to support New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia. The company will also use the new funds to hire new employees.
