Datalogix Gets $45M For Ad Analytics

Westminster, Colorado-based Datalogix said Wednesday that it had raised $45M in a equity financing round, for the company's technology for connecting digital advertising to offline sales. The funding was led by Wellington Management Company, LLP, and also included Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), which Datalogix made the point of saying invested more than its pro-rata share. Datalogix is led by Eric Rosa. The company says its annual revenues grew by more than 50 percent last year. More information »
