Dataimage Acquired By MetaSource

Salt Lake City-based Dataimage, a provider of document process automation and business process management consulting, analysis, and design services, has bee acquired by MetaSource, a business process automation and outsourcing provider based in Draper, Utah. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Adam Osthed is President and CEO of MetaSource, which is backed by private equity investor LaSalle Capital.
