CX Buys File Sharing Service

CX Inc., a provider of cloud storage and file management services which has offices in Phoenix/Scottsdale, said Thursday morning that it has acquired FileDen, an online file sharing website. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. CX acquired FileDen from MyCloud Holdings, based in Vancouver. CX is backed by Hanna Capital and Tomorrow Ventures. The firm also has offices in Silicon Valley and Buenos Aires.
