CTEK, Access Venture Partners Team On Deal Flow

CTEK, the nonprofit focused on entrepreneurship in Colorado, and Access Venture Partners, a local venture capital firm, said today that the two are in a strategic relationships to help emerging technology companies. The two said that Access will actively invest in companies from the CTEK Angels deal flow, to help companies bridge the chasm between angel and venture capital financing. According to the two, Access Venture Partners will become a sponsor of CTEK, and Frank Mendicino III of Access has been added to the CTEK board. In addition, David Gold of CTEK will become a Venture Partner at Access.
