CSG Systems Completes $15M Buy of Quaero Corp.

Colorado-based CSG Systems International Inc., a provider of billing and customer relationship management software and related services, announced Tuesday that it has concluded its acquisition of Quaero Corp. The $15 million cash deal was originally reported on Dec. 8 and could be worth an additional $9.5 million if certain performance criteria are met over the next two years. Founded in 1999, Quaero is a marketing services provider headquartered in Charlotte, N.C. CSG Systems is based in the Denver suburb of Englewood.
