CSG Wins Texas Communications Provider

Englewood, Colorado-based CSG International, which offers up subscriber support services and customer support to telecommunications companies, said it has signed an extension with Texas-based Grande Communications. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. CSG said that it has been working with Grande Communications for nearly 15 years. CSG said the deal includes providing CSG Workforce Express, the company's location-based service which helps coordinate communications among field technicians, dispatch operators, and customers.
