CrownPeak, With Offices In Denver, Raises $50M

CrownPeak, a web content management software developer with operations in Denver, said Wednesday that it has raised $50M in a funding round, and merged with ActiveStandards. ActiveStandards, which is based in the UK, provides IT governance software. The funding round came from investment firm K1. CrownPeak recently has been recruiting for content management software (CMS) developers and full stack engineers in Denver. More information »
